It is NOT
the responsibility of FDA to provide transportation to the tournaments;
however, we do have members in most areas that might be able to pick up
another member in need of transportation.
Even though we make an effort to contact each member prior to the tournament,
it is the sole responsibility of every member wishing to participate to
call Sonny Wright or Jerry Heidgerken two weeks before and no less than
three days prior to the tournament to ensure there will be enough boats
for everyone. If a Disabled Angler shows up at the ramp without having
notified us of his intent to fish, that angler will either need to bring
his own Boat Captain or be seated three to a boat if there is not an available
Captain. PLEASE CONTACT US SO THERE ARE NO SURPRISES!
